Anyone living in Central Ontario this December has been treated to some of the mildest temperatures on record. In fact, my brother, who lives in California had snow this December while we enjoyed warm days at the beach (no swimming unfortunately). Shooting family portraits in the shoulder season means finding a location that looks good no matter what the ground conditions are.
