I’ve been shooting weddings for over a decade and I must say that Heather and Geoff’s wedding at the Youth Leadership Camp of Canada in Orillia ranks among the most creative, amazing weddings that I’ve had the privilege of shooting. Imagine going back to summer camp with the option of staying over in rustic cabins, enjoying a canoe trip, archery contest, high ropes course, bonfire at midnight, campfire songs, complete with all you can-eat poutine and you have a bare-bones outline of what Heather and Geoff’s wedding celebration was all about! I had the privilege of shooting Heather and Geoff’s engagement photos in Collingwood before the wedding and they are truly one of the most loving, welcoming, and compassionate couples you could hope to meet.
