From the rock and shale beaches of the northwest side of Georgian Bay, to the bustling Provincial Park Beaches of Wasaga, to the more deserted nearly white sand beaches of Tiny Township, the beaches along Ontario’s Inland Ocean rival the beauty of beaches anywhere in the world. In recent years, rapidly changing water levels have caused this breathtaking playground to be in constant flux in a visually significant way. The Bear Estate and Living Waters Resort
Located in Collingwood, The Bear Estate and Living Waters Resort are 2 of the premier wedding destinations in Southern Georgian Bay.
Located right on the Georgian Bay waterfront, the Bear Estate has facilities for beautiful outdoor wedding ceremonies beneath towering weeping willow trees, as well as lavish indoor celebrations. The Living Waters Resort is right next door and has a rooftop garden with commanding views of the Bay as well as the Niagara Escarpment, as well as fine-dining with gorgeous views of the harbour.
Located side-by-side, both are incredible Collingwood wedding photography locations. I shoot there often and can’t say enough good things about them.
Discovery Harbour and Ste. Marie Among the Hurons

Meanwhile, Ste. Marie Among the Hurons is a living history museum that provides a fascinating glimpse into the lives of French Jesuit missionaries and the Wendat people who lived in the area over 350 years ago. This site features a reconstructed 17th-century mission, beautiful gardens, and scenic views of the surrounding landscape.
