Sunshine Snapshots in a Small Town: Stephen Leacock Museum Engagement Photography
Orillia engagement photography is always amazing because there are so many beautiful options to choose from. Whether it’s along the countryroads of nearby Horseshoe Valley, or Grant’s Woods in the Winter, or along one of the 2 main lakes, Couchiching or Simcoe, there are so many beautiful options. For Sarah and Mike’s session, we settled on 2 locations: Tudhope Park on the south shore of Lake Couchiching and the nearby Stephen Leacock Museum. Even though the sun didn’t come out for our photos at Tudhope Park, the towering maple trees and abundance of small coves and beaches didn’t let us down for amazing backdrops. An old phone booth (do these things still exist?) revealed a secret side to Mike that even Sarah wasn’t aware of. When we arrived at the gorgeous grounds of the Stephen Leacock Museum, the sun burst out from the clouds and we were treated to amazing photography conditions on what almost felt like a summer day (except for the super strong winds and cold temperatures). Thanks for an amazing engagement photography session guys! I can’t wait for your wedding at Cranberry Resort next year!Recently in Portfolio
